The aim of the course is to prepare students for practical training and subsequent entry into employment. Students will be introduced to the basics of practice in organizations and the art of self-reflection as a basic prerequisite for their own professional growth. As part of a job interview simulation, they try to submit and receive feedback. Contracts and employees' rights and obligations in the workplace will also be an integral part.
